Highschool Training

Taking a holistic approach to training, we work to become reactive, fast, explosive, mobile, and strong. Not only testing your body, but your mind as well, be prepared to get comfortable being uncomfortable. Through the work, failures, successes, and uncomfortableness, we smile through it all!

Youth Training

Bringing love and enjoyment back to youth development! Through a game-based, playful and creative environment, come improve your coordination, rhythm, balance, hand-eye coordination, general strength, decision making, and basic movement principles. Guaranteed to be the most fun part of your child’s day!
